Ingredients
- 1/3-Cup Low Fat Milk
- 2 Earl Grey Tea Bags (or your favorite tea)
- 2 Tablespoons of Honey
Boil water, add tea bag(s), and steep for a few minutes to desired strength. Meanwhile, heat/steam milk. Add warm milk and honey to tea, and mix well for a warm, satisfying treat.
